“What Would It Profit” comes in hot with its soulful vocals and chords draped over a driving house beat. “Sweeper” brings high energy in the form of rich analog sounds that bounce along a quirky rolling drum groove. With this EP, Body Ocean traverses space and time (and oceans) - navigating the intriguing contrasts of their personalities, signature sounds, and backgrounds. The end result is a top notch, yet unexpected house project.
